Tigé Boats, an independently owned, progressive manufacturer of high-end inboard boats, is actively recruiting for the position of Regional Sales Manager for the Midwestern U.S. This position is located at the headquarters office in Abilene, Texas.

Candidate must have a proven sales record in the marine industry and have a passion for boating and skiing/wakeboarding. College degree required plus 3 years proven sales experience, preferably in marine sales. This position provides support and manages current Tigé dealers and seeks potential Tigé dealers within the territory. Extensive travel, including weekend travel, to include sales calls within the territory and attending various boat shows, trade shows, promotional events and dealer supported events.

Tigé offers a competitive base + bonus compensation plan, along with a complete benefits package including health and dental insurance, matching 401(k) plan, company bonus plan, and paid time off.
