Dramatic Price Reduction shows owner's need to sell! At new reduced price of 45k is well below market and appraised value. Opportunity is knocking - don't miss the boat!

A Grand Banks classic! This proven yacht was recently shipped from San Diego to Florida for the owner's plans of cruising the Florida Keys and Bahamas. Over $100,000 spent recently (receipts available) included complete paint job, new appliances, installation of air condition/heating system, and more. Unfortunately, the owner's circumstances have changed since arrival in Florida, and he is taking dramatic losses to expedite the sale of this vessel.

Fuel consumption on low hour Lehman engine is only 2 gallons per hour. With two staterooms, two heads, galley up & dual helm controls this trawler is excellent as either a live aboard home or for cruising and entertaining, this fine little ship offers plenty of opportunity at an incredible price.
