Regal Marine is currently seeking a Senior Designer to create a product line that leads the industry in product styling, interior/exterior layout, product features, and ergonomics while ensuring continuity with the current product line. This position will be responsible for developing product comparisons of our competition (including product specifications, performance, features and options) to insure that our new product is “Best in Class.”


Candidates must possess the following:
-Ability to create highly styled product concepts
-Insure that new product meets cost, performance and design criteria
-Competent in 3D Modeling
-Ability to manage design team effectively
Preference will be given to candidates who possess:
-Proficiency with project management and scheduling
-Proficiency with Rhino or Solidwork
-Proficiency with Microsoft Office programs, Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop

Power and Associates 2007 Boat Competitive Information StudySM. Study based on 12,140 total responses, measuring 4 express cruiser and 11 small runabout brands and owner opinions of 2005 and 2006 model year boats registered June 2005-May 2006. Express cruisers: sterndrive-powered family cruisers 24-33 feet, cabins with sleeping, galley/cooking and head/toilet facilities. Small Runabouts: fiberglass family runabouts 16-19 feet with open or closed bows, mostly sterndrive.
