Requirements:
We have an excellent leadership opportunity located in our Great Lakes Region for a salesperson with at least five years of marine sales experience - and
Three years of proven sales territory management

Duties:
Along with being a persuasive closer, the position requires excellent relationship building and customer service skills; and the ability to develop new business.
You will also gather and provide accurate forecasting information, plan and implement sales strategies and tactics to set and then meet or exceed the regionís profitability and growth goals
Coordinate and professionally represent the company at trade shows and marketing events
Continue to build our strong relationships with our OEMs and dealer network and apply your expert pricing and negotiating skills to develop winning proposals for our products
Work closely with other company departments to mutually resolve customer issues and concerns

Salary/Wage Range:
Competitive base plus commission structure
