We have an amazing opportunity for a highly qualified and results oriented National Director of Service to drive the service initiative of our company. This is your opportunity to become part of a dynamic team that has full executive support, allowing you to deliver breakthrough results.

The National Director of Service will identify, develop and implement strategic service process improvement projects designed to increase the growth and profitability of the service component of the company. You will manage approximately 10 Team Support Warranty staff members, and through dotted-line management, you will additionally oversee approximately 60 Regional Service Managers who are, in turn, responsible for a team of 900 Assistant Service Managers, Service Advisors, Technicians and Yard personnel throughout the country. While this position is based at our Team Support location in Clearwater, Florida, considerable travel to our service locations is required to instill Best Practices throughout the country.

To be successful in this vital role, you must be a proven leader with a long track record of achieving targets and goals through successful team management. A minimum of 10-15 years of experience in Service Management (Marine, Automotive or related) is required. A Bachelor's degree is preferred. MBA and/or Lean Six Sigma experience a strong plus.
