Bertram Yacht Introduces 410 Convertible
BERTRAM YACHT DEBUTS NEW 410 CONVERTIBLE IN SERIES OF EVENTS,
MIAMI, Fla. Bertram Yacht, the legendary builder of high-performance sportfishing
vessels, unveils the new 410 Convertible through a series of events beginning with a
summer demo tour along the East Coast with stops in Jacksonville, Stuart and St.
Augustine, Fla., Wilmington, NC and Charleston, SC. A VIP soiree in Wrightsville Beach,
NC and press function at Ocean Reef Club in Key Largo cap off the private launch
schedule, while the public is introduced to the newest Bertram model at the 2007 Ft.
Lauderdale International Boat Show in October. The 410 joins the 360 and 450 models
as a complete owner-operator fishing and cruising platform.
Like all models created by the legendary manufacturer, the 410 features the renowned
deep-V hull design, renowned for creating an exceptionally smooth ride in less than ideal
conditions. Additionally, the lightweight structural foam composite bulkheads, salon floor
and hull sides; a solid fiberglass bottom; and an overbuilt stringer system all provide the
solid displacement and strength that Bertram owners are accustomed to.
The 410s flybridge will profit from a larger cockpit overhang, offering an exceptionally
spacious and functional layout with added space aft of the helm seats. The large bridge
offers forward and starboard seating for seven and also contains space for an optional
refrigerator. Additional functional elements include improved helm position site lines,
abundant grab rails and well-planned space for the latest large-screen electronics.
Comfort and design are taken into consideration, with the 410 featuring stylish Zuccon
designed lines, luxurious fabrics, exceptional woodwork including teak and holly flooring
and upgrades in sound dampening and noise insulation. The maximized layout takes
advantage of all available space, and features two spacious side-by-side berth guest
staterooms and two adjoining heads, accommodating four people below and two
additional adults on the optional convertible sleeper sofa.
Standout fishing features include a complete tackle and bait station, large in-floor fish
box, live well, large transom door with lift gate and the opportunity to store up to one
dozen rods. Additional features including an easy access hatch to the mechanical systems
and machine area along with a fast track drainage system and dedicated shore power
cord tracks ensures that operating a Bertram is as smooth as possible for owners.
